Juventus Channel is born
The date is set for the 1st November, the day of Juventus’ 109th birthday, when, on the occasion of the clash with Brescia, Juventus Channel will go on air, broadcasting first-class live match coverage of the game. To mark the occasion, Juventus Channel – Sky, channel 231 – will be available to subscribers of Sky’s Sport e Calcio package, while from the 2nd to 30th November it will be open to all Sky subscribers with at least one package. From the 30th November onwards, the channel will be available, in conjunction with any Sky package, at a cost of €8 per month.
Sky and Juventus Channel have come up with a promotion for Bianconeri fans. Anyone who signs up to SKY and Juventus Channel before the 30th November 2006 (call +39 199.177.133) will receive three months of Juventus Channel free of charge, that is until 1st March 2007.
Juventus Channel will provide minute by minute coverage of day to day life in the Juventus camp, through the matches - broadcast after the event but featuring live pre- and post-match coverage from the stadiums - and a close look at the work carried out by the team which, thanks to special features ranging from exclusive interviews to analytical segments, will be closer than ever to its fans.
The channel will: focus on the team’s day to day activities with “231 Live” live from Vinovo; take a look at the past with “La Panchina” (The Bench), upon which the protagonists of the history of the Bianconeri will tell their stories; rerun the games in a new, exciting way, uniting the pathos of the ninety minutes with the tactical analysis of the games in “Zero-Novanta”; provide original portraits of the personalities whose own stories are intertwined with that of Juventus in one way or another – “Borderline. Encounters in Bianconero on the frontiers of sport”; dedicate itself to the discovery of tomorrow’s talent with “Punto Giovani”, focusing on the teams of the Bianconeri youth set up.
These are just a few of the programmes which Juventus Channel will offer to its public. Its rich, complete and unmissable line-up will bring Juventus into the homes of every Bianconeri fan.
